RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your order from The Reset Space by KM Designs.

CLOTHING RETURNS
If your clothing item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.

As many items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:
• incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
• change of mind
• normal wear and tear

Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

If a return is approved, items must be returned in unused condition.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to instant access and downloadable content, refunds cannot be offered on digital products once purchased.
